We sell fashion and lifestyle goods, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and footwear.
While we try to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
4. Ordering Process
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when we dispatch the items to you and send a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. If you’re located outside the UK, please contact us at support@maisonnovare.com for assistance.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
7. Cancellations and Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without needing to give a reason.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing at support@maisonnovare.com.
You must return the items within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost (unless faulty or incorrect).
You’ll receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, provided they are in original condition.
8. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on eligible items within 28 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• With all tags still attached
Please note, the following items are excluded from our returns policy (unless they arrive faulty or damaged):
• Earrings – for hygiene reasons
• Final sale or clearance items – as marked at time of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@maisonnovare.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer a refund or replacement and cover return shipping in these cases.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including logos, designs, product photography, and text — is the intellectual property of Maison Novare LTD or its licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Losses that were not foreseeable at the time of contract
• Business losses or commercial damages
• Delays or failures due to events outside our control (e.g., strikes, weather, courier issues)
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
